
About the Recipe
This is one of my favorite ways to prep for breakfast on a busy training or work week. It has all the essentials, carbs, protein, color and fat. It is also so easy to do different combinations to switch up the flavors.

Ingredients
🥚6 eggs plus 1/2 cup egg whites
🥚1 cup milk of choice
🥚1 loaf of bread (I used GF @canyonglutenfree)
🥚1 tomato or veggies of choice
🥚1/2 block of sharp cheddar
🥚1-2 cups chopped ham or meat of choice
🥚salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 9x9 pan
Step 1: Dice loaf or bread
Step 2: Dice tomatoes or additional veggie
Step 3: Dice ham or other meat choice
Step 4: Grate Cheese, divide in half
Step 5: Crack eggs and whisk with egg whites, milk, salt and pepper
Step 6: Combine veggies, meat, half the cheese, and egg mixture
Step 7: Distribute bread evenly in pan
Step 8: Pour egg, veggie, meat and cheese mixture over bread, making sure all bread is covered
Step 9: Top with extra cheese
Step 10: Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes or until egg is baked all the way through.
This bake can be made the night before and cooked in the morning as well.
